3. (in writing) Propose the hypothesis on the scientific problem: How may the shape of the organism be programmed (recorded) in the genome? Consider options that (1) genome has a record of the shape of the adult organism and (2) each developmental stage is defined relative to the previous. If you can not come with any hypothesis, please review current theories of others on this topic and how the shapes are defined in graphical computer files. I will select best works for discussion in the class.
